User-Generated Content Notice. NudiTok hosts only user-generated content. Records attesting to the age of performers appearing in visual depictions are maintained by the individual uploaders per the platform Terms of Service. NudiTok does not create primary adult content and is not a secondary producer subject to 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping requirements where the §2257A exemption for user-generated content applies.

Content Notice

All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions. Uploaders are contractually required to verify the age of all performers appearing in content they upload and to maintain records of such verification.

Uploader Contractual Obligations

As a condition of uploading content to NudiTok, each uploader agrees in the Terms of Service to verify that every performer was at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of production, to maintain age-verification records, and to produce those records on lawful request.
