Takedown Notice Requirements

A valid notice under §512(c)(3) must include: signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work(s); identification of the infringing material (URL); contact information; a good-faith-belief statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If content you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under §512(g) by replying to the removal notification we send you, or through our contact form. Restored content typically becomes available again between 10 and 14 business days after receipt, unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat-Infringer Policy

NudiTok terminates the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers under §512(i).
